My Yoga Therapy sessions offer a somatic pathway to healing, designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect with your physical self.

This is not a standard studio class. It is a tailored, one-on-one therapeutic practice that meets you exactly where you are—whether you are navigating a major life shift, exploring your identity, or seeking balance as a creative or leader.

My Approach:
Philosophy in Motion

I believe yoga is about much more than making shapes.

It is an ancient system of living. In our sessions, I weave in Yoga Philosophy, drawing on the Yamas, Niyamas, and ancient wisdom, to give context to what you are feeling on the mat.

We use the physical practice to explore deeper themes: surrender, resilience, boundaries and self-study (Svadhyaya). By bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern life, we create a practice that supports you off the mat as much as on it.

The Modalities.

I blend three distinct styles to create a session that suits your energy levels and emotional needs on any given day:

❋ Vinyasa

The flow. We link breath with movement to shift stagnant energy and build heat. This is a powerful modality for moving through stuck emotions and finding a rhythm during times of transition.

❋ Yin

The release. We hold passive poses for longer periods to target the deep connective tissues. This practice invites stillness and is deeply restorative for high-functioning leaders and creatives who are often in "go" mode.

❋ Hatha

The foundation. We focus on static postures and alignment to build stability, patience, and a sense of grounding. Perfect for when you feel scattered and need to find your center.

How It Works

Online via Zoom: Set up your mat in the comfort of your home. I guide you verbally and visually, helping you adjust your environment to be a sanctuary for practice.

In-Person (Northern Rivers): For locals, we can work together face-to-face, allowing for a more hands-on approach to alignment and energy.

Investment: $175.00 per 75 minute session OR 5 sessions for $800.00
